Caravan Park   Self catering cottages

v    The site is entered from the A478 Narberth to Kilgetty road.

v    The drive has a moderate upward gradient and is constructed of concrete, with a low speed ramp at the top of the gradient.

v    At the end of the driveway is a large tarmac parking area, were the park reception is situated.

v    The reception is approached by a concrete ramp.

v    The site has 36 touring caravan pitches.

v    All pitches are hard standings, constructed of small granite stone.

v    The park is divided into 4 sections, with a large distance between each pitch, giving sufficient space for a car to be parked by each pitch.

v    A toilet / laundry block is situated at the parking area, with male & female toilets. There is a ramp, a 2 inch & 3 inch step  up to the main toilets & showers, although there is a level entrance to two further unisex toilet / showers. There are 2 steps up into the shower cubicals, one approx 3 inch and one approx 5 inch. The laundry area is attached to this area.

v    The road to the rest of the park is of hardcore construction and has a down gradient from the parking area, with several low speed ramps.

v    Another male & female toilet / shower block is situated at the far end of the park, and is entered via steps.

v    There is a dog walk area situated at the lower end of the park, and dogs are not allowed to be on the park without a lead.

v    There is a public telephone situated at the main toilet block, situated in the rear section.

v    There is good coverage of Vodafone, O2 and T-Mobile phone networks.

v    Delivery of provisions by arrangement.

The nearest towns are Kilgetty ( 0.5 ml), Narberth (5 mls) & Tenby (5 mls).

A service bus route stops at our entrance. Service times are available form reception.

v    There is a flag path from the reception along the front of the cottages.

v     The entrance to the cottages is via a slight up inclined concrete ramp to the front doors. The doors are numbered with raised numbers.

v    There are two cottages, which are mirror image in layout and equal in size.

v    The main door into the cottage is 2’ 9” (830 mm) wide with a small weather stop at floor level.

v    The entrance hallway has a tile floor with part carpet.

v    The floors are mainly level throughout, carpeted with a 12” tiled section around the kitchen area of the main living room.

v    All internal doors are 2’ 3” (680 mm) wide.

v    The shower room has a tiled floor, a step up to the shower 280 mm high, and a grab rail fitted in the shower cubical.

v    The shower room / toilet are one room with limited free space.

v    The living room has a TV / video / DVD, & a radio / CD player with remote controls.

v    Off the living room is a glazed conservatory, down a 2” step, with tiled floor and separate door to garden area.

v    One bedroom is entered from the hallway and one is entered from the living room.

v    The garden is reached via two 8” steps, is lawned .

v    All the rooms have ample natural light.

v    There is good colour contrast to all floors, walls and doorways.

v    The cottages are not wheelchair friendly.

v    Service dogs are welcome.

v    There is a public telephone situated at the main toilet block on the adjoining caravan park, situated in the rear section.  

v    There is good coverage of Orange , Vodafone, O2 and T-Mobile phone networks.
